Important 
The Swiss Entrepreneurs Fund invests only in start-ups and SMEs in the growth phase (internationalisation) with a financing requirement of between CHF 5-20 million. We do not make direct investments in early-stage start-ups with smaller financing requirements.

Swiss Fund
The Swiss Entrepreneurs Fund is supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA. 

Investment phase in progress
The final closing took place in June 2020 with a volume of CHF 250 million. The investment phase of 3-5 years was started in the third quarter of 2019.

Fund of Funds and Direct Investments
The fund invests in existing funds (fund of funds) and makes direct investments in promising and innovative Swiss start-ups and SMEs with high growth potential.

Growth financing
The Swiss Entrepreneurs Fund will focus on growth financing. An important aspect of direct investments is to enable growth financing with more venture capital from Switzerland.

Professional structure
The fund has an independent and professional structure with all necessary bodies and specialists.

Focus Switzerland
The aim is to make the majority of investments in Swiss companies. To this end, a corresponding target ratio is being aimed for.
