Swiss Fund with FINMA approval
The limited partners and the general partner founded Swiss Entrepreneurs KmGK, a limited partnership for collective capital investments for venture and growth capital, namely in the financing of primarily start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises with a close connection to Switzerland and a strong focus on innovation, research and development. The limited partnership is governed by the provisions of the Federal Act on Collective Investment Schemes of June 23, 2006 (hereinafter “CISA”), the Collective Investment Schemes Ordinance of the Federal Council (hereinafter “CISO”), the Collective Investment Schemes Ordinance of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA (hereinafter “CISO-FINMA”) and the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (hereinafter “CO”). It is subject to the supervision of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA (hereinafter “FINMA”).

Investment phase in progress
The final closing took place in June 2020 with a volume of CHF 250 million. The investment phase of 3-5 years was started in the third quarter of 2019.

Fund of Funds and Direct Investments
The fund invests in existing funds (fund of funds) and makes direct investments in promising and innovative Swiss start-ups and SMEs with high growth potential.

Focus Switzerland
The aim is to make the majority of investments in Swiss companies. To this end, a corresponding target ratio is being aimed for.
